Ms. Sellari is Chief Executive Officer, Specialty Finance, of The J.G. Wentworth Company®. She oversees all corporate functions of the Company and reports to the Board of Directors on behalf of the structured settlements, prepaid cards and personal and business loans divisions.

Ms. Sellari designed and implemented proprietary software for managing all operational processes related to the purchases of future value assets (e.g., structured settlements and annuities). This application allowed J.G. Wentworth® to streamline operations, reduce execution time and scale the business with less operating costs per transaction. Ms. Sellari was awarded a patent for this software package in 2009. While at J.G. Wentworth, Ms. Sellari also founded and led the group Strategies in Success, which focused on cultivating women with leadership potential and assisting in their professional development.

Ms. Sellari graduated from Drexel University in 1988 with a B.S. in Business Administration and was a certified public accountant. Ms. Sellari recently became a member of the Philadelphia Council of Emancipet – a nonprofit that provides high-quality, low-cost veterinary services in underserved communities.

As Chief Operating Officer, Specialty Finance, Mr. Parker is responsible for all payment purchasing lines of business, which include structured settlement payment purchasing, annuity payment purchasing, and lottery payment purchasing.

Mr. Parker joined the company in 2002 and held several leadership positions. Prior to his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Parker served as President of Purchasing, Structured Settlements & Annuities.

Mr. Parker holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Villanova University.

As Chief Financial Officer, Specialty Finance, Mr. Perry is responsible for Finance and Accounting functions, which include issuance of financial statements, capital markets, servicing, and financial controls.

Mr. Perry joined the company in 2006 and held several leadership positions. Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Perry served as Vice President of Capital Markets and Finance.

Mr. Perry holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University.

Lori Lasher serves as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Ms Lasher joined The J.G. Wentworth Company® in April 2018. She has advised The J.G.Wentworth Company® and its subsidiaries since 2001 as lead outside counsel on its securitizations, warehouse facilities, intercreditor issues and acquisitions.

Prior to joining The J. G. Wentworth Company®, Ms Lasher was a Partner in the global law firm of Reed Smith LLP for 24 years. Prior to joining Reed Smith LLP, Ms. Lasher was a Partner in the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll, P.C.

Ms Lasher graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and she received her law degree from The Dickinson School of Law.

As Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for The J.G. Wentworth Company®, Mr. Schwartz is responsible for the company’s overall human capital practices, policies, and operations.

Prior to joining The J.G. Wentworth Company® in May 2014, Mr. Schwartz held leadership positions at companies such as International SOS Assistance, Inc., SAP America, and PECO. He was also the head of the Law Offices of William Schwartz, a law firm focusing on employment law matters.

He holds a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, and a B.B.A. from Temple University.

Mr. Buscemi serves as the President of our Home Lending Division, a position he has held since January 2016. Mr. Buscemi joined the Company as part of the acquisition of WestStar Mortgage, Inc. (WestStar) in July 2015. In his tenure with WestStar, Mr. Buscemi held roles such as SVP of Capital Markets, Director of Capital Markets, and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining WestStar in 2008, Mr. Buscemi held senior leadership roles at Union Bank and Trust, Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation, Mortgage Edge Corporation, Independence Financial and Perpetual Savings Bank.

Mr. Buscemi holds a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University – Pamplin College of Business and attended the University Of Delaware- Stonier Graduate School Of Banking.

As Vice President of Purchasing and Customer Support, Ms. Colangelo is responsible for managing three departments, including Underwriting, Legal Operations and Customer Service. All three departments are integral to the purchasing operation. Her leadership focuses on process simplification, quality and delivery of service, and value achievement to the best of our employees and customers.

Ms. Colangelo joined the company in 2006 and held several leadership positions since then. Prior to her role as VP, Purchasing and Customer Support, Ms. Colangelo served as VP, Administration and Operations. From 2013-2015, Ms. Colangelo ran the originations of the Pre-Settlement Division and prior to that role she served as Director of Operations for Guarantee Structured Settlements.

Ms. Colangelo holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Widener University.

Joe Kelly began his career with The JG Wentworth Company in 2004 as an Account Executive in the Purchasing Department. In subsequent years, he advanced to training and team management roles before moving on to a B2B sales opportunity in the construction industry. He returned to the company in 2013 as a Director of Purchasing Operations for the Peachtree Financial Solutions brand.

Today, as Vice President of Purchasing Operations, Joe oversees a wide variety of functions in support of the Structured Settlement production teams, the Inbound Contact Center, and the Research Department. His broad areas of focus have included day-to-day operations management, process and systems administration, productivity analysis, vendor management, and training. Moreover, Joe works closely with IT, Human Resources, and other departments on special projects that seek to improve work flows and solve unique business challenges.

Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree from LaSalle University.

Mark serves as Vice President and Head of Capital Markets. In this role Mark is responsible for investor relations, warehouse financing, securitization platform and the ongoing development of the financing programs for our Specialty Finance Division.

Mark started his career with the J.G. Wentworth Company® in 2006 and has held various management roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Business Development, heading the Life Contingent, Annuity, Lottery and Wholesale product lines.

Staci serves as J.G. Wentworth’s Specialty Finance Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing the technical accounting matters for the company. Additionally, she is responsible for various accounting functions including financial and compliance reporting and oversight of the accounting department.

Staci began her career more than 20 years ago in public accounting having worked with two international public accounting firms focused on the middle market. She maintained a broad portfolio of clients including private equity funds providing venture funding and leverage buyouts with assets under management of up to $1 billion as well as companies owned by private equity funds. Her largest fund client held portfolio investments in specialty finance, asset management and other firms serving the financial services market. She also has experience with business combinations and employee benefit plans and also facilitated a variety of professional staff training sessions nationally as well as locally.

Staci is a graduate of La Salle University, holds an MBA from Temple University and is a certified public accountant.

As Vice President, Tax, Mr. Roakes is responsible for all corporate tax compliance and reporting while supporting the executive team with due diligence required for mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, complex tax transactions, tax planning, and emerging industry tax changes and guidance.

Prior to joining The J.G. Wentworth Company in June of 2013, Mr. Roakes was a manager at KPMG, LLP with over 25 clients in the business tax group. More recently, he was a senior tax manager for a group of private equity funds with over $20 billion in capital and assets managed with portfolio investments in real estate, growth capital, healthcare, debt and equity solutions, and management advisory services.

Mr. Roakes graduated magna cum laude from Widener University in 2002 with a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management.

As Vice President and Division General Counsel, Mr. Connelly has been with the company for over 21 years. He has more than 38 years’ experience in general litigation and corporate law, as well as significant experience in personal injury and worker's compensation.

He co-founded Receivables Management, Inc., an insurance auditing and adjusting firm for the hospital industry. When that firm merged with CRW Financial in 1993, he served as CRW's general counsel until it was sold to the NCO Group. Connelly is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Pinnacle Value Fund. He is also the treasurer of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers.

He earned his BA at LaSalle University and his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law.

Lauren Crilley is Vice President and Counsel. She has been with the company for over ten years and held various positions within the company prior to receiving her law degree in 2009.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree from West Chester University and a law degree from Widener University School of Law. She is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

As Chief Technology Officer, Specialty Finance, Mr. Schwartz is responsible for the future strategy and support of all information technology, including telecommunications, systems and data base operations and security.

Prior to joining The J.G. Wentworth Company® in August 2009, Mr. Schwartz held senior leadership and IT management roles at North Wales Water Authority (NWWA), SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals (SB), and Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA).

Mr. Schwartz holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from LaSalle University. He is proudly married to his wife Lisa and father of four children.
