J.G. Wentworth COVID-19 Update for Service and Support

At J.G. Wentworth, the primary concern is that our customers and employees are safe and healthy during this challenging time. We want to reassure our customers that J.G. Wentworth is open for business. Our operations and IT teams have worked to ensure we can operate our large, highly trained staff in a full remote mode. Virtually our entire team is now working normal business hours in home office settings. This ensures our large employee base remains available to support existing and new customers alike while adhering to social distancing recommendations and not gathering in groups of more than 10 individuals.
