How Does Debt Relief Work?
Debt relief is when you or someone acting on your behalf negotiates with your creditor to try and reduce the total amount that you owe on unsecured debts. When you work with a company to do this, you will pay into a dedicated program savings account each month. As you grow your account, you will use that to pay off your debts.
These services ONLY available in the following states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, D.C., MS, NE, NM, VA, NC, MA, LA, NY, OK, WI, FL
At J.G. Wentworth, we have always worked to help people to accomplish their financial goals. We also aim to be as transparent as possible with our processes so that you have a complete understanding and can feel confident in your decision about whether to work with us.
