Paid Search Manager

Position Summary:

The Paid Search Manager position is a full-time role reporting to the Marketing Director. The position will focus largely on paid search, inclusive of strategy, execution and optimization. Paid Search is one of the top drivers of contacts and leads for our business, and that contribution to the company is expected to continue to grow. The ideal candidate is on top of the digital evolution for paid search, display, retargeting and online video.

Skills Needed:

  • Ability to set-up paid search campaigns, write and test search ad copy, execute landing page, banner and video tests, and analyzing and reporting on data
  • Can manage Google AdWords budget and pacing, researching keywords, increasing quality scores, leveraging new tools to boost campaign results, and auditing the account regularly
  • Experience with Bid Management tools, ideally DoubleClick Bid Manager
  • Advanced Excel experienc
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Google AdWords & Bing paid search platforms, including managing keyword development, account setup, ad creation, negative keywords, and conversion rates
  • Attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • The ability to work independently and with direction
  • Thrives on results-driven ‘wins’
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to think outside the box with an analytical mindset
  • Experience working with agencies and colleagues on content
  • Self-starter/driven personality
  • Enjoys fast paced culture
