Marketing Associate - Social Media & Communications

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support the Marketing department and our company in its social media and internal communication endeavors. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects
  • Works with the Executive team on company announcements and promotions
  • Organizes public image campaigns and special events
  • Participates in creating brand awareness, assisting recruiting, and lead generation through social media
  • Prepares status reports on marketing efforts by communicating with appropriate sales and marketing managers
  • Produce daily content to display on our Sales Floor TVs
  • May liaise with outside agencies

 

Minimum Requirements/Preferences
 
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a forward-thinking approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
  • Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience
