IT Manager

  • We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Manager / Administrator to supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s IT/IS needs
  • This person will be in charge of IT infrastructure including business, back office, and backup systems
  • The majority of the business applications are 3rd party cloud hosted
  • The back-end infrastructure is currently in a hybrid on-prem data center and cloud environment
  • This person will be responsible for the migration of the remaining on-prem environment to an off-site cloud environment
  • Support will be required for a variety of systems including endpoint devices, PCs, laptops, printers, phones, file shares, HP Servers, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Office 365, MS SQL Server, and MS IIS Server
  • They will also be responsible for effectively managing IT staff resources of 3 to 5 individuals, IT related training for staff, and troubleshooting of issues related to software, hardware, devices, servers, networks, etc
  • You will be responsible for the effective day to day operations of the IT department
  • Provides full IT related support to remote call centers and retail offices
  • Provide day-to-day hands-on technical and managerial leadership to the corporate IT team including coaching, team building, mentoring, and technical guidance
  • Lead architect for corporate infrastructure
  • Develop the continuous improvement and build-out of IT processes, policies and procedures while maintaining current processes and standards
  • System performance tuning and troubleshooting based on collected system and network statistics in an on-prem and Azure/AWS platforms
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft domains, including administration of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Plans, documents, and implements a business recovery strategy to resume operations of computer platforms in the event of a disaster or similar contingency
  • Ensures systems integrity and performance. Develops long-term plans for the organization's computer system platforms
  • Managing the development and delivery of Service Desk environment
  • Manage current telecom platforms, develop telecom strategy to optimize corporate telecom platforms and execute the final plan


  • 7+ years of progressive experience as an IT Manager
  • 5+ years of experience with Systems/Network administration
  • 3+ years of experience with Endpoint, Server, Data and MDM Security
  • 1+ years of experience with Azure and AWS administration and management
  • Knowledge of firewall rules and configuration reviews
  • Experience with MS Windows Server 2003 to 2016 administration
  • Experience in managing vendors and service providers
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Able to travel 10% Annual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft desktop applications

Preferred Experience:

  • MS SQL Server 2016 Server Administration
  • Accustomed to interacting with all levels of the business with appropriate business acumen
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Cloud based telephony administration
