Hi everyone. J.G. Wentworth here.
With our WIPIT – Wentworth Idea Program and Improvement Team – initiative we’ve put the process of generating new ideas for improvement in the hands of J.G. Wentworth employees.
Sometimes employees come up with big, global ideas for the improvement of providing cash for structured settlements and annuity payments. But most of the time, they come up with more discrete ideas that are related to their specific area of expertise. Things like automating promotional programs, improving the customer experience when they receive documents from us or stream-lining procedures.
That’s ok with me. The way I look at it, we can do one thing a thousand percent better or do 1,000 things 1% better. I prefer the latter course of action because it makes continuous improvement part of our culture.
