Hi everyone. J.G. Wentworth here.
For some reason the other day I got the Boy Scout oath stuck in my head. You know the one . . . a Scout is: trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.
It got me to thinking about what a Wentworth account representative oath might look like. Well, here goes:
A Wentworth account representative is:
· Empathetic: He or she understands that customers have pressing financial challenges and need help.
· Speedy: He or she works with all due speed and intent to remove barriers between customers and the cash they need.
· Diligent: He or she is vigilant about attending to the many details that are part selling structured settlement payment streams.
· Honest: He or she maintains high ethical and moral standards.
· Loyal: He or she always acts in the best interest of the customer at all times.
· Smart: He or she finds the right solution for the customer amid the entire myriad of options available.
· Thrifty: He or she helps the customer sell the fewest possible payments required to achieve their financial objective.
So there you have it. A J.G. Wentworth account representative is: empathetic, speedy, diligent, honest, loyal, smart and thrifty.
Not bad. Not bad at all.
